@BenPBradshaw Delighted by this news. You’ve worked tirelessly for your constituents and truly deserve this.

@ExeterCouncil disappointed in your food waste collection service. 2nd time our road has not been collected and no option to report it as website says you can’t come back. In this heat it is not acceptable to have food waste sitting around for 2 weeks. It is leading to ants.

@BritishGasHelp I need to speak to somebody about my annual service but having no luck on phone or chat on email. Service was booked for yesterday but nobody turned up.

It’s time to raise the minimum wage, give meaningful pay rises to public sector workers and ban zero hours contracts. #payriseforkeyworkers https://t.co/wqCShvEElc via @megaphoneuk

@virginmedia I have been trying to but it keeps cutting me off - a few bars into the first song on your hold playlist. Every time. That’s why I messaged on here.

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@virginmedia having issues getting hold of somebody to talk to re broadband issues. Spoke to someone this morning, problem now worse but every time I call I get out on hold then cut off. How can I contact you?

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@virginmedia Yes - all it says I that it I too hot. The hub is not hot, is out in the open, and I have unplugged it all for half an hour in case it needed to cool down. This issue has arisen since you changed the settings when I called this morning.

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@virginmedia Yes, more than once. Plus the reset button. I still just get a red light

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@virginmedia No - it was my Hub 3. You ran some changes as settings were wrong. Now I just get a red light when I turn it on. It is not hot (as suggested by your guide) and when I ran a network test it said to call you but I keep getting cut off instead of being put through to an advisor

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@HastingsDirect Every time I call it takes me through all the options then I get a recorded message saying you are closed and I get cut off. I have been trying since 9am.

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@HastingsDirect I am trying to add a second car to my policy but when I call it says you are closed - website shows you open from 9am. Can you clarify times please?

Found this on my doorstep yesterday morning. Such a thoughtful gift from local girl guides that really made my day and no doubt that of all the other neighbours who received them @Girlguiding #goodturn #Exeter

[Kelda Richards @ElKel99]

@Gary_S_King @IscaExeter You’re welcome 😊 Enjoyed putting that together!

I’ve avoided getting involved in any form of political debate as we are all entitled to our own views but I‘d like to share that I am voting for @BenPBradshaw on Thursday. He does a great job for his constituency first + foremost. That’s what politics should be about. #ben4exeter
