The Sameer Project used to provide nourishing meals that included meat and other sources of protein. But now, because donations have dropped so dramatically, we have been forced back to serving rice and lentils. We know it is not enough for growing children whose bodies have already endured prolonged malnutrition.

On June 22, we distributed 365 rice and lentil mujaddara meals at Al-Salam Camp in Gaza City. The total cost after 11% commission was $577.
