The hardware price hikes are ultimately tied to the AI boom, which gaming “analysts” have no more insight into than the average online poaster.

For example, we know labs are focused on ways to use memory more efficiently, which if successful, could be a boon for everyone in gaming HW. Do these analysts have any insight into when this might occur ? Absolutely not.
