@VodafoneUK The service to get an Apple Watch has been appalling. Took a week for the watch to arrive after calling twice to ask what was going on. The watch isn’t showing it’s connected to my phone number so I’ll bet it will be useless when I go out shortly.
@BootsHelp hello! I purchased a nuby cool on Tuesday which isn’t working properly. They’ve asked for proof of purchase but I can’t find the receipt. I used my club card to get points, is there anyway of showing what I purchased??
@SkyHelpTeam hi at least 2 of my sky store purchases have disappeared. I think we had an issue a while back and had to rest everything so I guess the purchases disappeared too!!
@SkyHelpTeam had a home move completed yesterday. Sky Q lady came before the internet was finished. She said everything would be working once the internet was. Sadly that’s not true. Recordings, box sets and catchup now working… what should we do?

@CurrysServices hi! I got my new phone 2 weeks ago on Carphone Warehouse. I ordered a phone with your deal of getting apple air pods to come with it. They didn’t come with the phone so thought I’d wait to see if they’d come and they haven’t. Please advise what to do!
@VodafoneUK I got my new iPhone on monday and so far I’m not impressed. It’s hard work to text, am having to press buttons several times to get it to work and it’s lagging!
