I'm getting so annoyed by it all. I've ordered a replacement birth cetificate just incase. But the not getting a call back is so frustrating. Hope it's in printing for you soon. Once mine went to printing it was with me in a few days. 🤞🏻

@insanedjinn @passportwaiting I can't get over it all, so you are none the wiser? I'm still waiting on a call back, I've rung everyday asking for a callback and no one gets back to me. I don't know whether to apply for a new birth cert' as I have no clue where my daughters now is!

@insanedjinn @passportwaiting Just jumping on your comment,why did you need a new document? I sent my daughters cert' which they said they received I've had an email saying I didn't send orginal. I'm waiting on a call but I did send so I dont understand why they are saying I didnt. Have you had any progress?

@passportwaiting I recieved an email and my tracker updated for my daughters 1st passport on 31st of May. I've now had an email saying they haven't received an orginal copy. Has this happened to anyone? I've rung and waiting on a call back but god knows when that will be! Stressed!!
