There’s no known correlation between optimizing for attention and offline sales lift.
So for measuring campaign success — it seems like there are better options (i.e., MMM, lift testing, etc.).
@oliviaakory when I was brand side.. my google reps seemed perplexed when I asked about closed loop/ coversion lift product offerings (we ran our own geo-experiments then)
it’s really amazing how much time & effort is wasted on misleading metrics in an industry that’s considered data savvy🤷🏻♂️

@TheCoolestCool@Moz I like this— reminds me a bit of the @garyvee content model (start with a long form asset like a podcast, keynote, blog post, etc., then adapt shorter form versions for broader distribution, always tailored for the platform/ channel).
