Welcome to the Journal of TechnoWizardry https://t.co/hgqXES8iE2
Folks seem to be really vibing with my Newsletter! I am looking forward to sharing about my journey to change the world, and other arcane arts! :D
my first game Gourdlets is OUT NOW!! โจ
Build the perfect little town and watch as the gourdlets make themselves at home. No objectives, no points, just good vibes.
It would mean the world to me if you could retweet this and try the game on Steam ๐ https://t.co/5yGIMSpXB7
How embarrassing, realized my bios on a few of my socials haven't been updated in years. Reads a little ancap-ish.
I do like showing my progress. Shows that I didn't start here, I've just been constantly learning and growing.
Going to 'save' my old bios here:
That podcast/audio-journal is where Ive been documenting a lot of those lessons along my journey.
Looking forward to where I end up a few years from now!
@AnotherDaoist @BlackRadAnarcho I should prolly post links, lol
https://t.co/aYwiJIt5mW (I end up talking about some aspect of anarchism pretty much every episode these days)
https://t.co/ayRwtygUWy, really proud of this one: https://t.co/ncWYcpZOJW
@AnotherDaoist @BlackRadAnarcho Oh wow, thanks for the plug! Yes, been on a break from most socials, but I do still make podcasts (more like an audio journal) and newsletters (ie a long form essay-like journal).
Definitely down to help make a black anarchist podcast! I still got lots to learn though.
@benz145 Idk if it's necessarily the best, but the Epic series by Conor Kostick is what got me into it XR grade school. Haven't read anything like it since.
Far future where people from another planet use VRMMORPGS for work. Has great AI villains, cross reality exchange, and more.
@benz145 Crappy design. They failed to create an innovative and cohesive UX for XR.
Premature Walled Garden. They tried to create their own closed ecosystem without the breadth of devices or content.
Failed to embrace webxr. Similar to above. Should have reinvented how we use internet.
@PeterGelderloos @Col_lectiuBauma @SegadoresEd I love this!! No English version? May just get this to support, if I can.
Been thinking a lot about creating a digital version of something like this that people can interact with to learn more about historical events and possibly even find others who want to celebrate together.
Excited to dispel some myths, share some impactful use cases, and discuss better ways to think about the 'metaverse' and 'web3'.
Any friends who work in these spaces, lmk if you'd like me to share your use cases!
Thinking of @technobaboo @amoration @dankvr@open_metaverse etc
@technobaboo We need far more contextual computing in the world; where you can make notes, connect the dots of your life, and have more effortless data transparency. All of that is the potential for spatial computing that I hope this will bring a little closer thanks to better hardware and UX
@technobaboo Very much this! I'm actually excited to see how this level of polish will push the needle. It's not revolutionary, it's barely innovative, but hopefully it's polished.
More importantly, I hope it reignites the desire for spatial computing, which this barely showed.
