@sjh28 @boohoo_deskCS @boohoo Honestly their service has become so poor! I’ve never known it so bad! I’ve recently waited so long for a refund and their replies were automated and so poor! It’s put me off ever using them again. Big companies like this should be ashamed !

@boohoo your customer service is appalling! I am still waiting for my refund and sending automated emails is not acceptable! A large so called reputable company like yours appears to be going down hill fast! So many people complaining about the same. What are you doing about it?

The CS dept are like talking to a brick wall! All of them seem to responding like robots with pre written scripts and never answer questions that are asked! So poor! Where is the personal service from such a huge company?

@EastMidRailway I have a train booked tomorrow to York for the day and can’t risk not being able to get home in the evening. I’ve tried to change the trains tonight to a different day, being sensible and I’ve been offered alternative cheaper tickets but admin fee makes it more ?
