Does anyone know of any accredited aromatherapy courses for pregnancy and childbirth in Scotland? I can only find ones in England/Ireland. ❤️

@melissa31010 Definitely before because it can be after midnight before your first break depending on what area you’re in. Good luck lovely ❤️

@melissa31010 I would stay away from coffee after midnight, try and drinks lots of water! Have dinner before work then have one meal around 1/2am and snack throughout. I’m in the minority and prefer nightshift 😂

Finally a year after I saw the original photo of a tree like this and encouraged the theatre team to save the iGel cases for me, we now have our Xmas tree.
