Home health care workers, deemed essential during the COVID-19 pandemic, lack adequate hazard compensation and resources, proper PPE, and safe workplace conditions, leaving them and their families more vulnerable to infection and death.

These are people who take care of those of vulnerable populations. We must protect them against COVID-19 by providing safer conditions, access to free diagnostic testing, adequate PPE, paid sick leave, and child care support. It is our responsibility to take care of them too.
