The Hercules put me to the test today! Great fun! I particularly enjoyed the tunnels and wading through the water 🤣. We've got an evening just for grownups on the 29th July - would be great to have a go in teams.

I'm just going to keep retweeting this post when I see something awful on Twitter.

Well done England!!! You should all be proud. Stand tall and look ahead to the next game.

[Migration Museum @MigrationMuseum]

Seven of #England's starting XI in the #Euro2020 final against Italy have parents or grandparents born overseas. And if you trace the families of almost all the #ThreeLions squad back, you'll find migration stories https://t.co/nJdHBrKaaP #FootballMovesPeople #ENGITA

Look at my Mum's amazing poppies. I've never seen anything like them before! Anyone know their name?

Mum has promised me seeds after they've finished which is exciting. 🌱 #poppies #GardenersWorld #gardening

So glad I got to see the #Puma50 Flypast. It went right over my house!!! 🤣

Brilliant way to celebrate the anniversary with so many people across the country. Was feeling a bit glum today but this cheered me right up.

[RAF Benson @RAFBenson]

Tomorrow (7 July) a formation of Puma helicopters will mark 50 years of @RoyalAirForce service with a flypast over various locations.

The maps provide an illustrative example of the route and approx timings.

They remain subject to change at short notice.
