We were already blown away by how kind Americans had been to us, but this really confirmed it
We’d just set off from Santa Monica for the long drive to Lake Havasu when we popped a tyre. We pulled in for help and the guys repaired it and changed it for us completely FREE!!
It might sound like a small thing but coming from Europe, it genuinely surprised us
From there, we stopped at the famous Peggy Sue’s Diner where we had the biggest milkshakes ever😂
And of course Indiana kept following us around America, this time in the form of James Dean
Then it was back on Route 66 and onwards towards Lake Havasu 🇺🇸❤️
The great American outdoors 🇺🇸 this was in Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park just outside San Francisco
You can just see me in the distance 😂 these trees were HUGE and they weren’t even the big ones
Something I’m really looking forward to once I move is the national parks!!
We LOVED how towns publicly celebrated and remembered their local heroes
This particular street was in Fairmount, every lawn was perfect and every house looked like it was straight out of a movie 🇺🇸
