Tonight @HobgoblinBTN I was served a flat, off-tasting lager (Β£7!) - even my friends agreed it was off. Politely asked if it would possible to get a replacement, bartender poured a new one then tried to charge me again. If itβs policy, say so before pouring. Terrible service.
@drmartens the shoe strap of my new mules broke after a few weeks, phoned up carnaby street store where I purchased them and was helped by kiwi member of staff. She was incredibly helpful, very efficient and kind when I went in store. A credit to the staff and the company! π
@ScotRail I was helped by the lovely Dominic today on the 10.45 service Edinburgh to Glasgow queen street when having trouble with my card. Absolute credit to scotrail, incredibly helpful and kind. Canβt wait to travel again!
@LNER Was on the train from London Kingβs Cross on Thursday 16:00 to Aberdeen. Staff member called Tom was an absolute credit to you, great attitude, amazing manner and dealt with a difficult customer brilliantly. Really impressed ππ½

@TPEassist Ah my mistake, Iβd found it on the website- please see the screenshot. According to the lumo website I can take TPE but it doesnβt seem like theyβre doing ticket acceptance, please see the 3rd photo attached. I spoke to your customer service on the phone and didnβt get any helpπ
