That doesn't sound ideal. Our own emails do use a different IP and domain, so bear zero relation to the emails sent through the service – but we'll look into whether there's anything we can do to improve inbox placement on activation emails.
As you're likely aware. Spam folders are completely personal, with Google using large scale ML/AI models to dictate placement – so what goes into spam for you, may not for others.
