@BBC_HaveYourSay Despite your assertions that the teachers strike is 'about pay' perhaps you could inform the public of all of reasons why teachers are striking, including lack of funding to the entire education system, and children bearing the brunt government inadequacies.

My package has been with Hermes since the 7th December. Supposed to be 2 day delivery and still have not received it. There aren't any people to speak to or email, just a digital assistant! Someone's not going to be getting their Christmas present this year. @Hermesparcels

@BritishGasHelp I've got a smart meter installed a couple of months ago, and was under the impression that I would be billed using those readings? Instead my direct debit has increased by over £20 a month. Any information would be appreciated.

@easyJet I was unable to fly on 21/12 because of tier 4 restrictions. Looking at the info on website that afternoon, if which i have a screenshot, it says refund could be obtained. Email today saying no refund as flight wasn't cancelled. Disgraceful.

@easyJet I was unable to travel on 21st December due to Luton being put into tier 4. This was the info on your website that evening, so I decided to get a refund. Today I got an email saying that as my flight wasn't cancelled, I was unable to get a refund. Look at the information!

@easyJet I was due to travel to Belfast from Luton on 21/12. Luton was then placed into tier 4 category and we were banned from travel. This is the advice that was on the easy jet website that day. I have now received an email saying that as my flight was not cancelled, no refund?!

@Fabletics I have credit on my account, yet cannot use it in the sale. It's use either the store credit or buy the sale items. Why is this the case?
