CCTV footage allegedly shows a jeep driver running over dogs resting by the roadside, leaving several with devastating injuries.

Today its helpless dogs. Tomorrow, the same reckless negligence could kill a child, a pedestrian, or an elderly person.

If even half of what is being alleged is true, every person involved must be identified and held accountable.
