By PERT decision a percutaneous thrombectomy using Inary FlowTriever was performed. First with evacuation of the clot in transit from the RA and huge thrombotic mass from the pulmonary arteries.

הלוחם הגיבור נ' מיחידת עוקץ נפצע קשה בעזה.
נ' והכלב שלו איבדו רגל בלחימה.
לאחר חודשים ארוכים של אשפוז, נ' החלים והתאחד עם הכלב שלו.
נ' אימץ את הכלב והביא אותו הביתה.
תצדיעו בענק לנ' גיבור ישראל!!

63 y/o male. multitrauma. Stabilized. 2d later- massive PE with cardiogenic shock. Thromolysis contraindicated- decided to go for Thrombectomy with INARI. Cardiac arrest on the table . Aspiration during CPR with ROSC and heamodynamic stabilization immediately post aspiration .
