@Conforama mes parents ont acheté un canapé lit le 27/07 qui aurait du leur être livré fin Septembre. Ils ont reçu un sms les avertissant d'un retard mais aucune date. Il y a maintenant prêt d'un mois plus tard et toujours pas de canapé ou de nouvelles. Pouvez vous les aider 🙏

Who is the expert who advises supermarkets to move round all the stock so that nothing is where it used to be? Is it someone with a social psychology degree who says that gets us to buy more? Buy differently? Get angry? Or get lost?

Local branch blames head office. She had to go in branch 3 times to give extra bits of info which should have been requested right at the beginning. I lost 2 hours of my life going with her on a Saturday and still nothing. This is a disgrace.

@MetroBank_Help our charity has a community account with you. We employed a Ukrainian who passed all our checks to do invoices and payroll for us and gave you the mandate over a month ago. She still doesn't access to the account and is very distressed about it. Shame on you!

@JDWFashion ordered 3 pair of shoes for my daughter. 2 out of 3 pairs were the wrong size (one size 9 rather than 4 and another marked as 4 but clearly mislabelled as size 5 in length). The 3rd pair lasted 1 day before breaking. #poorquality #fastfashion at it's worse.

@Churchill Cannot add Ukrainian refugee to my car policy as you see their license as Intentional when Ukraine falls under DVLA list of designated countries, which gives holders the right to drive for 12 months in UK without swapping license. Please help 🙏
