Here's a comic I made for another class of mine about technology in our society. It's kind of inspired by @ProfB10's #CommOnTech311 class. Give it a read
This is pretty funny but definitely applies to what we talked about in class and the Tech Addict episode of the Buzzfeed Netflix Documentary @ProfB10#COMMonTwitter311
@KriegRebekah Probably. I feel like using Venmo and putting so much personal info whenever I sign up for a new thing could definitely be some dangerous territory making it easy for hackers to steal your identity.
I watched the first episode of this show on Netflix tonight and it's crazy similar to what we talk about in #CommOmTech311@ProfB10. It has a lot of interesting applicable research that might be helpful for final projects. https://t.co/lhk0Ii4dMo
@genisesyv I'd say that customer service via live chat is a synchronous channel though. It's basically happening in real time, while an email back and forth from the customer service team would not happen in real time making it an asynchronous channel. Yay for communication terms in Comm311
