Could anyone point me in the direction of a charity based in Merseyside (preferably Bootle/Litherland way) that subsidize bikes for children. Or of any provision for children wanting to learn to ride that can't afford to buy a cycle 🚲

There's no easy way to say it. The entire mat needs to be moved outward to OUTSIDE the parking bays. And the cyclist then needs to be positioned where the actual bike is drawn on the mat*. You are enabling close passes!

* - I'd ride further out.
