@TicketmasterUK I've been chasing a refund on a 2-times rescheduled concert for a week now. I just keep getting the automated message telling me they'll let me know if I can have a refund within 24 hours... and then nothing. Please give me my money back!
@TicketmasterCS I have tried repeatedly to get through to an agent. The autobot doesn't allow me to enter another response. I just want confirmation that Ticketmaster is refunding my money!
@TicketmasterCS I have done that. And still no confirmation. I just want confirmation that I am getting a refund. I want to get tickets to another venue for the same band, but not until I know I'm getting my cash back.
@InPostUK InPost, where's my parcel please? The tracking has been frozen since 7th September, there's no information about how to make a claim on your website. Phone number keeps cutting out, no one answering your emails. Not good, can you track it please?
@LNER Still waiting for a refund for a delayed train back in August. I got a refund for one of the two tickets but the other is still outstanding. Could you look into this please? Can't get through on your live chat and no one is replying to emails
@VisitBritain I ordered oyster cards from the visitBritain shop on 6th Oct, dispatched on 7th, still not arrived and tracking number doesn't work. Please help, we need them in 4 days!
@AmazonUK@AmazonHelp@JeffBezos Still no resolution to my refund dispute. Chat keeps "accidentally" cutting me off. I don't want a refund to gift card when I paid by debit card. I don't want to be forced to spend my money on Amazon. Amazon has stolen my money.

@AmazonHelp 3. Chat has been awful. Every single person has told me a different thing. I have screenshot pages and pages of chat with each colleague telling me something different and then telling me there's no place to escalate the issue to, no-one can help me, they've done what they can.
@AmazonHelp I ordered a coat and paid by card, I needed a different size. I arranged an exchange. Then the new size was out of stock, so I cancelled the exchange and returned the original coat as arranged. The money was refunded to a gift card, then the money disappeared from the balance
