Hey train line , I can't purchase a 26-30 railcard because I'm almost 26, and I can't renew my 16-25 because I'm over 23?!?!
Is this an error , if so can I please renew it before my travel on Friday?

@BangorBioZoo@IoloWilliams2 Wait, what - you mean policy makers don't sit and watch my TEDx talk on "Wetlands - the superheroes of the natural world"?!?

Large carcass ecology is a process we're almost completely missing. In Europe, everything from wild boar to wolves & crested tits to carrion beetles have been recorded feeding from lynx kills.
The carcasses then break down, releasing nutrients back into the soil.

Jacob Rees Mogg was obviously dozing when renewables became *9 times cheaper* than gas - why on earth is he so desperate to lock business into further dependence on costly, climate-wrecking fossil fuels? He needs to wake up & offer support for energy efficiency & decarbonisation
@strandlined good thank you!! Moved to my home county as a countryside partnership officer, I deliver habitat restorations as part of GCN district licence work ! How're you!
I was accidentally quite quiet about this ! I've moved to back to Kent , where I grew up! And settled into a career role with KSCP looking after the my local patch in the Stour Valley Countryside. My work involves DLL GCN habitat creations with farms !
Such is my dedication to @BBCRadioWales and talking about the research we're doing at @BangorUni, I did an interview today on the 50th Anniversary of @Keep_Wales_Tidy - whilst on holiday in France! Still, not a bad spot to quickly pull over and chat litter (good wetlands!!)!
The project has been ongoing for 5 years, and what a difference has been made!
If you have land in Kent which is currently unsuitable for GCN breeding, but would like to create or restore a pond on site with a 100% funded scheme, get in touch with the Partnership. 😊
A Good Newt News day at the Office!
Out of 89 ponds that the KSCP created and restored for Great Crested Newts, this year 43% were populated by GCN!
This is a fantastic result from a technique called Environmental DNA testing.

Just arrived in the forest of dean and immediately observed a Trychosis cyperia Townes parasitic wasp Drag this crab spider across our outside table , ovipositor the eggs inside and ripped it's legs off leaving it paralysed. Should I observe the emergence? 🕷️
