1st 80% decrease is = ((x- 80)/x)*100= 20 => y
2nd 80% decrease is =80% of 20 = 0.8*20 =16 so 80% decrease is 20-16 = 4 => z

so net decrease = (x - z) = 100 - 4 = 96%
