I ordered a product, the confirmation stated its usually dispatched within 24-hours...6 days ago I made this order...this still hasn't yet been processed...I am also told I cannot have a refund issued...(well at least not this side of Christmas)

@virginmedia My main concerns are the lack of communication that this work was being taken place, and how it would effect access to our property. And mostly is the safety of the smoking while operating equipment especially petrol fuelled.

@virginmedia Can I send the postcode privately somehow as its my address? They have assured me it will be done by this afternoon. They can move cones at this moment but soon the path will be dug up so will stop access. Yesterday no one was there and I had to move the cones myself.
