@Eurostar the 9059 has been delayed an hour already and now we find out that, due to the channel tunnel being closed, we’re not going to arrive until 00:30-01:00. Please can you explain what is going on? I haven’t had an updated email from you about the change

@TfL Okay, do you know how long this will take? The fact that there is no warning on the app that this will happen is really bad from TfL. I appreciate you are dealing with an outage but there should be warnings to tell people not to use the app, or remove the ability to make payments

@TfL hi I topped up my Oyster Card via the app but it failed despite taking the money. I got the notification that the card payment went through but the app timed out due to network failure and took me back to the “enter your CVV” page with no top-up confirmation. Please help?

@TfL Hi VK, be that as it may, the app still allowed a payment to go through. Nor was there a warning not to use the app to top up so I had no idea that I shouldn’t use the app. How can I get this resolved so I either get the money back or money added to my card?

@bt_uk i moved house and had to move package, however in the recent bill I have been charged £11.99 for “one-off and delivery charged”. I only had the 4G booster delivered but was told this was included for free. I took my hub with me when I moved. Please can I get this refunded?

@TfL hi, I tapped out today at Warren Street (Vic line from Walthamstow Central) but it’s showing on the TfL Oyster app as “missing touch”. The barriers were open but I head a beep so thought it had registered. Please can you help amend this?

@AskNationwide my Members Credit Card says the expiry is 07/23 but I’ve not received a replacement. Also, when I look on the app it says the expiry is 07/28. Is my card still active?

@CurzonCinemas for the Classic Local membership, do you get the % discount on tickets at all cinemas? Is it just the free credits you have to use outside of London?
