@C_Hamilton95 I also think I should not have been refused the sale due to no ID. It's very specifically labeled as alcohol-free, why do you need to see I'm over 18 for juice??!!??!!
@TinyWriterLaura I once lobbed a ball back over the adjoining school fence with such force the kids decided the person who lived there must have a giant catapult.
@SalfordMe2023@YetAnotherNam3 Especially the people on the support lines!!! I have called and been told to take a warm bath, told there is a 20 minute call limit, told I had enough insight to not need their service, and that's when they answer as the usually don't.
@RogersHistory I had one drop a pen, deliberately and theatrically, every 10 secs or so, with a lot of commentary. He was removed for persistent disruption. "I just dropped a pen!" No, you've been non-stop making noise ALL lesson.
@laurenstardis_ In my area whe waiting list for meds is 12 months. You're diagnosed then have to wait 12 months for meds. People are faking it just to get pills, it is much simpler to do literally anything else.
The ADHD Watermelon Theory perfectly explains executive dysfunction. Neurotypicals see a delicious fruit and think, "I want a snack."
My ADHD brain sees a 15-pound administrative obstacle course involving heavy lifting, knife safety, kitchen logistics, sticky counter mitigation, and Tupperware geometric planning. So instead, I will starve.
@Dontdo1Hitesh@pulpy_fiction@TfL You can't add a Railcard if you pay contactless on the gateline. I have an oyster specifically because it allows me to tap in / out easily while also getting the Railcard discount.
I am going to say this bluntly
You are a FAILURE as parents if you can't keep you child off social media yourself
YOU bought them the phone
YOU can confiscate it during homework
YOU are the parent, NOT Keir Starmer
Authoritarian ban for your "convenience" is not the answer
@upshine3 In a school. First adult to the scene of a child who had tried to climb a fence and got impaled. Called ambo, radioed for more adults. Calm & composed. But calling my GP? Crisis mode.
@fw_naetoblaq I have a deep love for the pajama day. Actual pajamas optional, especially when I need to venture to the corner shop for snacks, but I do like the term pajama day.
@WalkerMarcus Your place in the queue changes constantly though. If someone comes in with something worse, they go before you. When they get a blood test /scan back you might suddenly go straight to the front so the gadget may say you're 32nd but then you're suddenly 2nd and have disappeared
@flickhwilliams How do I answer "reasonable Vs unreasonable" when the only options are yes and no?!?! Yes it's reasonable to expect an accessible space? Yes it's unreasonable that happen? The results will not be cold as everyone will have a different interpretation of how to answer!!
@heyyitsvals (31, not that old) Because that's what we were taught, and the ones I see most commonly are so thin they are basically no different to tights.
@jclib1990 Only if they are understaffed. If enough people were employed to be on the tills and do other functions, there would be no issues. It's understaffing that's the problem!!
@pheestalgia YES - then we all got a green ruler which was branded with the "junior citizenship scheme." I was the kid stood in the wellies to show how quick you could drown in a flash flood
