@ThePerfumeShop I ordered with you on 2nd Dec it is now 17th Dec, I have no order and no conf email but the money has left my account and I cant get hold of anyone! What is going on?!

@TfL firstly you decline my seevice delay request although I was delayed due to a signal failure on the @northernline and now I have been on hold for 20 minutes. ๐
@northernline 2 hours later and I am home! Furious! Why do @TfL Get away with this all the time and continuously increase prices. Thanks for wasting my life and I will probably have to chase up for my refund!
