Shoutout to Jamal, manager of @dominos @ store 3106 for going above and beyond. Placed in order through the app on 5-8. On 5-9 I was charged twice, once for the order total plus tip and then a second time for just the order total. For some reason Jamal could not see...

... the lesser charge on his end at the store. After several tries and multiple attempts he was able to refund the order that he was able to find. At one point, he wasn't sure why the system wasn't allowing the refund and began to plan to deliver cash to my home that evening...

So now I get to wait 30 to 60 days for my bank to determine that this was a duplicate charge which I really can't afford to do. This is absolutely absurd. Domino's, make this right.

@dominos I placed an order using the app on Monday and this morning noticed that I have not only one, but two charges to my card for that transaction. One charge for the total amount plus tip, and then a second charge for the total amount without the tip.
