@olgakhazan I tried calling the IRS so many times and couldn’t even get to hold, I was automatically hung up on. I finally got through to hold and to a person (after 2 hours!) by calling on a Thursday 8pm EST (I have a seattle number so the automated line only lets me call west coast hours).
