@easyJet your customer service and dohop service is an absolute joke, pay £60 for a ‘stress free’ journey and no charge if you miss connections due to delays, however there trying to charge me £800+ for a new flight which departs… tomorrow! Due to 4+ hour delays!!! #shambles

@easyJet flight cancelled from aberdeen less than 12 hours before. Only option to drive 4 hours to edinburgh to catch a flight that will make our connection to Milan. Absolute shambles!! Extra cost on fuel, an airpark in aberdeen we will not be using and an airpark now in edin.
