My parents have had to put up with a leak under their house, had their house ripped up to fix the leak which they had to pay for even though not their fault and now you are saying they didn't fix the issue and will not refund them!!! You can't make this up!!!

@JustEatUK went to the restaurant myself to pick up my own order and was told I couldn't do that either! All your drivers sitting outside on their phones not one had moved from me arriving to leaving. Order cancelled, one hungry 3 year old!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Ive heard from BT that the issue is being worked on. Now that the fault has been identified do you have an approximate time service should resume? It's been out all day. Medway area.
