I’ve been quiet for a while, taking time to rest and reflect on everything we’ve built together over the past three years. It hurts to say this, but I’m officially leaving the job I once thought I’d hold forever. The job everyone called a “dream.”
We started with nothing. Just passion, ideas, and heart. I gave everything, my time, energy, loyalty. I never once thought of quitting, even when it got hard. Because it meant something to me.
But things changed. He changed.
The person I once looked up to, humble, grounded, driven, is no longer the same. Somewhere along the way, the humility faded. Ego took over. It became less about the mission and more about appearances and pride.
What used to be about purpose slowly turned into pressure, blame, and silence. I was doing more than ever, yet somehow, it was never enough. Never right enough for him.
And maybe that’s the part that finally broke me.
For years, I’ve been helping him chase his dream. Building his brand. Supporting his vision. And somewhere along the way, I forgot to chase my own.
So now… I’m taking that first step. To find myself again. To figure out what my goal looks like. To heal. To breathe. To start over.
This isn’t just me leaving a job. This is me choosing myself.
Say whatever you want. I know my truth. And I know I deserved better.
Goodbye.
