@PKdeficiency Opposite to tiredness, he is very strong and active. He can grow muscles easy for his age. Could it be that due to low activity of PKA, the body is compensating (eg via shifted oxygen saturation curve)? Thanks for replying

@PKdeficiency Hello, my son was diagnosed with PK deficiency. He had strong hemolysis up to month 8 and then the hemoglobin stabilized at ~11. He has a truncation mutation from one parent and point mutation from another. Now the hemolysis is very mild (age 8).
