Under the radar, scientific evidence rules are being rigged to advantage climate plaintiffs. If this stands, it will shape thousands of cases. It’s time for SCOTUS to step in.

China is massively increasing its emissions but using a bogus “carbon intensity” formula to claim it’s getting more energy per ton of CO2 — even as US emissions fall.

.@LAGovJeffLandry says he backs @POTUS's energy dominance agenda. Then explain why the Gov & @AGLizMurrill are running 40+ coastal lawsuits with trial lawyers – who just teamed up with Sierra Club to protect these lawsuits. More info from @FoF_Liberty: https://t.co/BDYR1QoyU6
Good piece on why @LAGovJeffLandry and Louisiana lawmakers should REJECT the coastal lawsuit racket threatening President Trump’s energy dominance agenda.👇
Great point from @mj_sommers. California's high energy prices are largely self-induced due to its insane 'green' energy policies.
'Green' regulations = no interstate pipelines = foreign oil dependence = feeling every disruption in the Strait of Hormuz = higher prices.
Newsom’s “green leadership” is a $1B subsidy letting Sacramento pick winners in trucking — up to $120K per EV truck, paid by families already crushed by high costs and a shaky grid.

The bigger issue in Louisiana is the cumulative effect of litigation uncertainty on capital, infrastructure, and long-term energy planning. That friction matters for any serious push to strengthen U.S. energy independence.

➡️ How much oil does the United States import (and why)?
Re-upping one of our most popular blog posts ever, an explainer on much oil we import, what kinds of oil we import and why. (https://t.co/Xoe5lKJ14p)
Really important testimony from @LouisianaOilGas’s Mike Moncla on why Louisiana must end climate lawfare against American energy producers. ⬇️
“These climate suits are just money grabs out to do the same as coastal suits: decimate our industry.”
Energy sustains life in Amsterdam—keeping people warm, mobile, and employed. The city’s answer: ban ads for the fuels that make it possible.

Chevron CEO Mike Wirth is right.
Because of President Trump’s focus on unleashing American energy, more and more countries are turning to the US and the Gulf of America to supplant disruptions of energy in the Strait of Hormuz.
A BIG win for US energy producers. 🇺🇸
Twenty-three state Republican attorneys general sent a letter to Fitch, S&P, and Moody’s for downgrading fossil fuel companies over what they believe are flawed environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics.
The attorneys general said that this downgrade is based "highly speculative ESG predictions and goals."
@WillHild of @ConsumersFirst said, "Ratings agencies like Fitch, Moody’s, and S&P should be providing objective financial analysis for consumers and investors to rely on, not using their market power to push woke ideology. As the state Attorneys General expose in this letter, these ratings groups have been weaponizing their credit ratings in an effort to push a radical ESG agenda. Instead of providing analysis through the lens of fiduciary duty and financial prosperity, these woke activists are colluding with UN-backed climate activists and using flawed methodologies to meet arbitrary net-zero and ESG goals. Thanks to leadership by the AGs, the depths of collusion by the woke cartel continues to be exposed. Consumers’ Research will continue to support elected officials who are ensuring consumers are protected from woke activists."

SCOTUS has unanimously ruled that Louisiana coastal erosion claims dating back to WWII must proceed in federal, not state, court.
I previously wrote in @CivitasOutlook that these claims are "a poster child for federal removal." The ruling is a win for fairness & common sense.
Great 8-0 ruling today from the U.S. Supreme Court on why the the Louisiana Land Loss cases can be removed to federal court. Read it here: https://t.co/T4r2xMyGSh. Tweet below links to my writing from last July where I explained why SCOTUS should rule exactly as it did today!
Boulder missed its own emissions targets but charges ahead suing energy producers. Hard not to think it was always about the money.

.@mctoth & @JohnYoo223 in WaPo: Supreme Court must strike down activist state lawsuits (Suncor v. Boulder, Chevron v. Plaquemines) usurping federal authority over energy and national security amid Iran war fallout. States can't regulate global markets or sabotage our edge.
In today's @wapo , John Yoo and I write that state climate lawsuits let local governments dictate national energy & foreign policy. Undermining U.S. energy doesn’t just raise costs—it weakens American power in a dangerous world.
Are America’s blue states funding China’s green energy empire? New @washingtonexaminer op-ed by @JasonIsaac exposes how U.S. climate policies enrich Chinese manufacturers.
