@ignyharaz2 It's a good idea but can be perfected. These are earth roads and dnt usually have budgets for cut and fill. If I was asked I would have encouraged them to do drainage protection works better using gabions and introduce others cutting across the road may be every 20m.

It was a noble course but what does it help if even poor parents are forced to take their kids to very poorly built and managed academies? End up paying 5k per term

If for example you say the term started on 9th, then the first year ends on 9th of the following year. Second year starts on 10th and end on 10th. Third year start on 11th and end on 11th
