@SteveMacey @LogitechGUK I'm also struggling to get an update on my order with @LogitechGUK @Logitech. Ordered 6 days ago & it's stuck on the original order status "Accepted". Not been able to find any way to get an update - there is no direct way to contact customer service for online orders.

@JinkirinGaming @TeamViewer If you find a worthy alternative pls let me know. I use #teamviewer to support my mom once a month, yet @teamviewer marks this as commercial use! Their website says free for personal use - but this is not the case. I've submitted the reset form and reset - yet still not working.

I only use Teamviewer to help my mom once a month and keeps detecting as commercial use? how is once a month to help my mom commercial use? What usage pattern/logic is used? I've submitted the reset, still detected as commercial use.

@TeamViewer @LowkeyNarutoFan I have the same issue, I support my mom (pensioner) about once a month. I've requested the reset on my account and my mom's PC, but it works for only 60 seconds and then kicks me out, detecting commercial use - @TeamViewer what is going on?
