@SHEIN_Official @Zuemy I agree - ashen has really fall behind with their services! I’ve been waiting for over 3 months for my refund of almost R2K! No feedback, always just “at warehouse” with no progress and no indication of when my refund will be processed - Shocking!!!

@SHEIN_Official your warehouse and return process is BROKEN! I have requested a return 2months ago, collected parcels and arrived at your warehouse but NO REFUND!! This is a scam over and over with the same poor feedback and no movement. Almost R2K refund and you’re stealing!

@PPicarelli @SHEIN_Official @SHEIN_Official has support and service has been absolutely shocking! I’ve been waiting over 2-months for my refund with no communication and no feedback! When following up all agents states the same message with absolutely no progress - Shocking and very disappointing!
