@SFBART got on the train at SFO last night then heard the announcement to seek other modes of transportation because of power issues. Left the station to do so and was charged $6.75 for no ride... How do we get our money back?

@VEXRobotics we purchased 10 robots from you for a classroom. We are having a problem with one of the brains. We submitted a ticket and haven't heard anything back. We called and the person we talked to was not helpful. How do we reach out to you to get help with this?

@shoden @airport_girl My kiddo loved this book a few years ago! And for anyone with younger kids this is great! You can put the airports all around the house and burn a lot of energy flying to them! ♥️✈️

@rideact when we are standing at a bus stop, do we need to wave the bus down? Or are they supposed to stop if there are people there?

[Allison Wright | she/her @EngineerAllie]

@astroashley_ I LOVE this with my whole entire Girl Scout heart!!! ♥️♥️♥️

[Allison Wright | she/her @EngineerAllie]

[Allison Wright | she/her @EngineerAllie]

@rideact how come the 7:53 AM 217 bus towards Fremont BART keeps not picking me up at Mission/Washington? I wave to the bus and stand in a place they can see me. And the driver knows because they wave to me... I'm clearly at a bus stop. 🤔 I'd like to get a ride today.
