1. 52-year-old woman — not a fighter, a civilian mother. Charged as "terrorist" for professing membership.

2. Directly contradicts E/20/2023* — Enugu High Court already declared IPOB proscription unlawful and violates Section 42 (ethnic discrimination). Yet Abia Police under Hope Uzodinma and Njoku Chinyeaka Esq. still filed U/285/2026 in July 2026.

3. Same pattern as Kanu and Ekpa — Proves to the world and Finnish court that Nigeria uses Terrorism Act to criminalize Igbo and Biafra identity, not actual

Exhibit D shows continuing disobedience of E/20/2023. If IPOB is not a terrorist organization per binding judgment, then Charge U/285/2026 against a 52yr old woman for professing IPOB membership is unlawful on its face. Same unlawful labeling is basis for charges against Simon Ekpa in Finland.
