@verynetwork haven’t received my parcel that @InPostUK say they delivered earlier. They say they left it in a safe place “behind a bin” in a public back street and guess what, parcels isn’t there. This could be anywhere and not proof of anything at all

@verynetwork my daughter placed an order on the 29 May which was due to arrive 02 Jun. She is still waiting for it! She has phoned on several occasions and been told that you are unable to accept the order and someone will be in contact - this has happened 3 times and no updates!

@VeryHelpers I placed an order with very but tried to cancel it, I was to late and the order has been dispatched, however I've changed my mind and decided to keep the item, can I continue to pay for it as normal as its still active on my account
