@virginmedia It’s a v6 box and no a reboot didn’t help either. Also have no landline and haven’t had for a couple of weeks now!! Service is a disgrace, can’t even get through to an adviser to discuss leaving, paying a fortune for a shoddy service where nothing works and Virgin not interested

Come on @tescomobile get your shit together, upgraded 15th Dec and had to do a sim swap, phone calls and texts not coming through from certain people, can’t update any apps, not getting verification texts from Apple, phoned up 2 times already to be told no idea when will be fixed
