@iceman_ex All these personal preferences aside, post FEAST and Andrews, and post-CLASSIC, the answer probably isn’t recurrent FBT in sepsis, at least as regards nephron-protection. The main CLASSIC will be fascinating. And I would take CEUS over the IVC....
