@bt_uk really frustrated with the lack of ease in being able to speak with a real person. My broadband drops out on a regular basis. Numerous text chats and engineer visits (both actual and missed) and still have a reoccurring fault. Just had a missed call from a guide only 1ring

@Mama_Cornelius @we_are_soak @parcelforce We are hopeful for 4th time lucky with ours. I'm thinking the packaging is pretty poor for delicate items and no indication on the box to handle with care. Maybe a contract review with @parcelforce would save some💷💷 on waste.
