It makes no sense to require RC registration from the local area every time we shift near a toll. Even an annual pass won’t help in this situation since we need to cross the toll multiple times a day.

I live just 5 km away from Ghamroj toll plaza. Today my local pass renewal was declined saying my RC isn’t from the area. But I’ve had a local pass for months & have valid local Aadhaar + other IDs.
