ମାନ୍ୟବର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ @narendramodi ଙ୍କ ଦୂରଦର୍ଶୀ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ୨୦୧୮ରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ୨୦୨୫ରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାର, IPICOL ଏବଂ ISPRL ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇସାରିଛି । ପ୍ରାୟ ୮,୭୪୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ପୁଞ୍ଜି ନିବେଶରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଦେଶର ଇର୍ଜା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହ ଅର୍ଥନୀତିକୁ ଗତି ଦେବ ଏବଂ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ବିଶେଷ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ।

ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନଙ୍କ ଏଆଇ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଅଭିନବ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ମାତୃଭାଷା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବାର ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି । ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଆଭିମୁଖ୍ୟକୁ ଆଧାର କରି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଏହି ଦିଗରେ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଭୂମିକା ନେଉଛି, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ହାଇସ୍କୁଲ ସ୍ତରରେ କୋଡିଂ ଓ ଏଆଇ ଶିକ୍ଷା ସହିତ ସ୍କୁଲଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ଉନ୍ନତ ଇଣ୍ଟରନେଟ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି ।
