The extra stability activation from free weights helps prevent sports injuries more when done correctly. There are other issues with isolation training and sports but again, only an issue of you play sports. I lift to play sports, it’s mostly free weight.

If you’re an office Joe and don’t really do sports, they are right. I use cable/machine for whenever something is coming off injury cause stability = safety. Their limitation is they don’t translate to sports/athleticism as well.

It is hard for Americans to get visas to Japan so they get more tourists as Japan is visa free to Americans. That said, very common for flights to China from America to transfer at Japanese or Korean airports with final destinations of China (as I’ve had to do twice now)

This is basically what I’ve figured as someone who speeds on the highway. Approx 10 mph over the course of an hour saves 10 min. For a 6 hour car ride (on paper) you save an hour. This is how I’ve made the PGH to GR drive in under projected time despite stopping for food and gas
