This is a big flaw in my opinion because if you need to have the case open for it to ring how are you going to do that if you cannot find them whether at home or if they actually are somewhere else making it rather difficult if not impossible to find

There was a man and his three kids standing in front of the door, waiting for god knows how long and a few minutes later about 6 people come and go. If you’re closed, you should say you’re closed and have hours of operations on the door so people aren’t ordering!
