@Uber maybe teach your drivers to actually LOOK for lost items so that they don’t say “i don’t have it” and make you spend $350 to replace said item for them to a couple days later magically have the item appear.

@PassportCan was supposed to call us about the status of our file transfer we shouldn’t have even needed to do in the first place and of course they haven’t. The stress from all this has ruined any and all excitement for our trip. Absolutely ridiculous.
