City Power you are worse than Eskom. We cannot get through and our business park (IBG Park, New road, Midrand) has been without power since 2am. You just don’t answer or respond… is this what we pay you for????!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!

My Business has been struggling with an ETI refund for the past 2yrs! Our profile it shows refund is due, but is not paid. We get weekly sms saying it is because we’re non-compliant, but we are fully compliant! SARS helpline says it is a system glitch! Which way forward? @sarstax
