@metrotrains door 1 on Lilydale bound train 1M is jammed shut and doesn’t open or close. Just passed thru heatherdale at around 5:20. Unsafe bottlenecking of patrons to the next door.

@metrotrains the lady who stands on the Heatherdale platform every morning for the last few years doing the train announcements is retiring this week! She is amazing! She brightens everyone’s morning - my best ever wishes to her for a wonderful retirement - so sad to see her go!

@metrotrains can you please get the driver of the 8:24am heatherdale to explain why the immense delay, stopping/starting and slow pace? It’s taken 20 mins so far to move what would normally be a 5 min trip
